Returns/Exchanges

We know that sometimes things arent quite right and we are happy to refund or exchange products if you find this is the case!

Simply send us an email to encompassactive@gmail.com and we will advise of how to return the products to us. You just need to include the following in your email:

- Order number

- Refund or Exchange

- If exchange - The name of the item and the new size you require

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn (having tried it on is ok)
  • No pet hair, fluff, or debris stuck to the item
  • No odours present
  • In the original ziplock packaging

Free gifts, promotional items and Sale/Clearance items are not returnable for refunds or exchanges.

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for returns themselves, however you are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
 How soon will I get my refund?
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied using the original method of payment, within 10 working days. Please be advised that some banks may take longer to process the refund. This is out of our control unfortunately.
